Natoshia started her career waitressing and then continued her career in to a position of supplying customer service. She started her career with Community Green in 2010 as an administrative assistant part time. Her career with Community Green went to full time in 2013 where she grew to become the Regional Administrator working side by side with regional and branch management.

Operations at Community Green Group
Natoshia carries out the daily office administrative duties for the Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Columbus and Dayton branches, ranging from new hire processing, to interacting with customers. She works day to day with the various branch Operations Managers, providing administrative support. She also manages the diverse portfolios for Community Green’s sister companies. Natoshia also helps with IT solutions around the offices.
Outside of the Office
When Natoshia isn’t working in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys playing softball year round and sand volleyball. She loves being outdoors any chance she can and spending time with her dogs.
