Experience

Beginning with his first day of high school summer vacation, Tony has worked in various positions with the landscape industry. Cutting lawns and clearing snow has been his passion for many years. Tony has been professionally involved in sales and production of the landscape and snow & ice management industry since 2004. Tony has been on the boards of IFMA and BOMA as well as an active member of the CAI and Apartment Associations in Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus.
In 2014 Tony joined Community Green as Regional Manager. Prior to that Tony has held key positions at GroundMasters, The Brickman Group and AM Leonard.
Prior to joining the green industry, Tony earned an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITT Tech in 1985 and holds several patents related to robotics and injection molding during his 19 year career in the plastics industry.

Operations at Community Green Group

Tony works daily with owner Rob Guilfoyle, Regional Administrator Kelly Newport and the management team in creating a culture of customer satisfaction and teamwork within the company. Looking ahead and anticipating opportunities is key to the success of Community Green. Motivated team members are the key to happy customers. Tony works hard with his management team to make sure our employees have the tools and the vision to complete the day safely and efficiently. Tony recently earned his Ohio/Michigan/Indiana Pesticide Applicator License as part of his commitment to learning all that he can in the day to day operations of the company.


Outside of the Office

Tony enjoys working in the yard with his wife, Kelly. Their five acres in Brown County Ohio provides plenty of space to build their hobby farm and landscaped paradise. Tony also enjoys time with his kids and extended family.
